With all the hustling everyday all day we can claim, we all deserve a pamper time. While others have the time to go to the spa to spoil themselves early, there are also who cannot, due to their hectic schedules and sched conflicts. But guess what? SophistiKated Aesthetics and Spa, the newest buzz in town had their grand launching last September 18, 2017 and is open from 10 am to 10 pm to cater those who doesn’t have free time during the day. Yes! So late go-ers, I know you’ll love their store hours. ;) They are located inside Mabolo Royal Hotel 2nd floor (Beside Mabolo Church), MJ Cuenco Brgy. Mabolo Cebu City. Isn’t it nicer that their location is inside a hotel? I find it quieter. Hehe I personally love the ambiance of their place, the design is in a soft shade of pink and white which is clean, neat and calming.
I’ve been to other Aesthetics and Spas and I can say most of SophistiKated Aesthetic and Spa services are cheaper. But it is now 2 times cheaper because they have promo rates from Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm on some services. How budget-friendly is that?

They do hand and foot services, facials, waxing, hair services and the service that they are popular of- Eyelash Extension for P399 (on promo).
I had my pedi done during their grand launching and availed their foot whitening mask. They also have lots of choices for nail colors and arts. 
Christian, availed ear candling!! I also want to try it soon.

Take a break from hustling and indulge your self once in a while. It’s necessary.

Lolled In The Glow

Ber months have finally entered the year. Are you ready to hear Christmas songs anywhere? How about, seeing lanterns everywhere? Did some of the TV channels start their count down? Or did your mum start checking those Christmas lights if they’re still good? I know Christmas is still 3 months away but we feel so hyped already, aren’t we? Hahaha!

One of these days we’ll realize how fast 2017 reached ber months, how short a year could be and yet a lot of things have happened. I know when ber months started, people start to get busy with all the Christmas shopping, prepping and Christmas parties- everyone’s busy bees. As what they say, there's no "too early" when ber months came in. But let’s not forget that despite all the happenings, we should allow ourselves to just watch how the waves love the shore that no matter how it enjoys the beauty of the sea it goes back and kisses the shore, we should let ourselves enjoy the swaying trees, we should allow ourselves to smile of how breathtaking the view is- we should allow ourselves to be still.

Before time brings me to the end of the year I want to take some time to flash things back before my eyes. The things that made me cry, laugh, kilig, pissed and the list goes on. I personally think that it is healthy to recheck how you did well in surpassing the year and congratulate yourself for being brave for not giving in. It is indeed really important to detach for quite some time and enjoy your own company.
