Green Minded

Time to bring in some tropical vibes despite the rain these days as I put on some leafy-ish / floral-ish piece of clothing I have in my closet- one of my favourite shades of green. I’ve been into leafy / floral things these days, like phone cases, prints on tees and let’s not forget succulents!! It gives me summer-ish and beach days vibes. ☺ I’m not into printed stuff especially on clothing but I just find myself fancying leafy printed tops these days. But of course I will be forever a sucker for plain loose dark tees and basic clothing. Hehe!

Gone are those plain pencil skirts as this ruffle skirt is too cute not to wear. Really I love how this ruffle skirt gives me that 90’s laid back vibe. I can wear this casually or have this as my office attire without violating the corporate attire rule we have in our company during Mondays to Thursdays hehe. ;)

Time Out

I have said this before and I’ll say it again, weather in Cebu has been unpredictable these past few days. So wearing whatever is okay coz it might rain in the morning but mind you it changes from 0 to 100 in the afternoon. Wearing thick clothing or pullover in the morning to keep you warm wont work well in the afternoon as most likely Mr. Sunshine will show up and flaunt what it got, and sometimes it happens vice versa. So I’d prefer to be on the safe side, to wear not too much and not too less.

That made me grab a romper out of my closet as I always opt to go with rompers if I don’t know what to wear on a weekend and on an unpredictable weather. I love how light a romper is to be honest, I like how you can just put it on for like a minute or two then you’re done. BUT wearing a romper is not all about the pros coz I seriously feel so naked in a public comfort room taking it all down just to pee. Hahaha! Girls, y’all feel me? Hahaha. :D

Stand Out

It’s funny how a certain style is ugly until it’s trending. Most people are afraid to create their own style or create their own thing because of the fear of being called “different”, “weird” or whatnots. Being different is never ugly or weird or etc.. Being different is brave, it is doing what you like and makes you happy, being different is not giving a damn on what the other people say, being different is beautiful and sexy, being different is being you because at the end of the day what matters most is you, not other people’s judgement.
We sometimes feel that we have to please the people around us when in reality we do not have to delight anyone. We always worry about what other people might say about us or think about us. We are becoming tight to ourselves because we are scared to be judged- well I mean who's not? But people will judge you anyway whether you do bad or good things so better stay true to yourself. As long as you don’t harm anyone then you’re good. If you feel like pulling off a bizarre style in fashion, hair style, activities or whatnots, do it. Let them think what they want to think, don’t let those judging eyes defeat you. Just do what makes you happy because this day only happens once so make it count. ☺

Stand out. Sometimes that’s better than to blend in. ☺

Right product at the right season. It’s been raining in the Phils. and I know people who make makeup as part of their routine are a bit pissed of how the weather these days ruin their makeup.
