It was a “nothing to do” Sunday for me yesterday and my thoughts were fighting between just let the day end being a potato or get up and fix thatmessy closet in front of me. It’s a surprise that I decided to get up and fix my never-ending messy closet, tho I knew at the back of my mind after a week of fixing it this will be a total mess again. Haha. But at least I did something productive instead of drowning myself in bed.
My closet is mainly consists of dark colors clothing, while I was segregating some clothes from the others, I notice that I have 2 old rose dresses, 1 old rose romper and 1 old rose choker top. Hahahaha I wondered for a sec where and why do I have these then I remembered, earlier this year I attended three weddings with the same color theme- old rose. Haha! This year must be the year for old rose color for weddings.

And because old rose color gives some splash of saturation to my closet, I decided to wear this old rose color choker top for last night's dinner with Jabi ( coz it’s our 28th month. Yey!!! 🖤) partnered it with my high waisted ripped jeans to give my old rose top an edgy and not so girly look. ☺

Handmade With Love by Edqueen Designs

No matter how messy we get with our things, at the end of the day we want to have our room or bed to look nice most especially our table- where I personally, most of the time do my work. My table is DANG. MESSY. I tell you guys, no one would love to work on it coz it has clothes on it, phone chargers, lotion, crumpled papers name ittttt. It will never inspire you to do smt. I don’t have much of a space but I know I can make my table at least organized and pleasing to work on. He he. I at least want to work with a clean and inspiring place, I’m sure you do too! So I’m tryna channel the “artsy” me to you know, somehow make it feel a little bit homeyy. ☺

Shout out to Edqueen Designs for giving me the chance to see two of my favorite quotes put up in my room. Take note, this aint digitally done, instead this is beautifully handwritten by the people behind Edqueen Designs.

 Also 1 tip, if you got loads of mugs you can use one of them as a pen holder or lipstick holder like what I did. I just cannot use this for beverage to be honest, I prefer seeing this on my table. ☺

It's A Wrap

As far as I’m concerned, almost everyone I know is struggling on what to wear, including of course myself. Haha! Have you ever stood in front of the mirror while trying a lot of clothes on and ended up wearing the simplest (yet classy) pieces? Haha that happens to me all the time. Maybe because after all, I’m all about the comfort than the “tiis ganda” part of a girl’s life. That’s why even though a dress / a piece of clothing looks good on me if I’m not comfortable wearing it, I really need to throw it aside.
I still remember the pressure I felt when I attended my first event as a blogger. Haha I don’t know what to wear, I was afraid coz I might overdressed or underdressed. Haha! Luckily I dressed just fine- just suited for the event I was attending to. I wore my bell sleeves off shoulder and ripped jeans. Ohhhh first times~ our fair share of first times.
The events after that were already a bit easier for me to dress up coz I learnt that there’s no way to dress up well but to dress to express and not to impress. And also, dress according to the event’s theme (if given one). 

Last Saturday I attended Rivecowe’s Cosmetics Launching together with the Cebu Beauty Bloggers. I sported this wrap top from Sasi Clothing Ph, which I think is very comfortable, cute and simple yet classy to wear. It is like giving a little spice to your usual crop tops. Hehe. I also love that the color of this wrap top is beige coz as much as possible, I want to refrain myself from wearing saturated tones. Just my own preference guys. Hehe! Plus. A big Plus. The quality is superb! ♥

What's In My Tote

We have different things inside our bags and sometimes I randomly wonder what are the things inside other bags too. Hehe. So that gave me the idea of having an updated “What’s In My Bag” post as the things in my bag have already changed from the last time I did the same post I think 2 years ago. Hehe

My pouch
I need to bring this all the time especially Monday – Friday because I’m always in a rush, I usually wake up late for work so after taking a bath I dress up and do the rest in the office. Haha! And all the things that I need are inside this clutch- my lotion, lip balm, hand sanitizer, hair serum, comb, powder, face moisturizer.
Mobile Phone
Your bag is incomplete without your best bud. Hehe My phone really saves me from some awkward situations. Hahaha
Phone Charger
You don’t want you phone’s battery to die, do you? :)
Earphones
Stuck in traffic? Bored? Waiting game? No problem! Music always saves you from anything, I mean let’s admit it sometimes our day isn’t as good as yesterday or the other day and sometimes a music can somehow feel us better.

Company ID
A working girl should always have her company ID with her. Hehe
Wallet
I am so indecisive when it comes to wallets, I have that long wallet you know most of the girls these days have but it wont fit in when I’m planning to use a small bag so I prefer this small purse.

My planner / journal
I know I have my phone but I still find it really effcient when you have your plans and to-dos written down. Hehe

Green Minded

Time to bring in some tropical vibes despite the rain these days as I put on some leafy-ish / floral-ish piece of clothing I have in my closet- one of my favourite shades of green. I’ve been into leafy / floral things these days, like phone cases, prints on tees and let’s not forget succulents!! It gives me summer-ish and beach days vibes. ☺ I’m not into printed stuff especially on clothing but I just find myself fancying leafy printed tops these days. But of course I will be forever a sucker for plain loose dark tees and basic clothing. Hehe!

Gone are those plain pencil skirts as this ruffle skirt is too cute not to wear. Really I love how this ruffle skirt gives me that 90’s laid back vibe. I can wear this casually or have this as my office attire without violating the corporate attire rule we have in our company during Mondays to Thursdays hehe. ;)
